Faith in God can definitely provide hope and comfort during difficult times in life. Belief in a greater power or divine entity may help provide a sense of purpose, and may lead to an overall sense of inner peace and assurance. Having a strong faith in God can provide a sense of meaning and purpose, and can be a powerful source of strength and encouragement when faced with challenging experiences. Helping behavior is about showing concern for the well-being of others and acting in their best interests. Increasing our value means increasing our worth, worth in the eyes of the others and the society and also in our own eyes. When we work on increasing our value through various means like education, working on our personality traits, making progress with our social and interpersonal skills etc we can start to increase our value in the outside world.
